I am currently trying out my first Vegums. I got some free multivit ones, and decided to grab a discounted pack of A-Z, and iron ones as well (I haven't tried to omega 3 yet, as I have some alge gel capsules that I should get through first). I have been taking them for a few days now, and I'm finding it difficult to only have two of each a day! As someone who isn't fond of taking tablets, these are wonderful 🙂 I highly recommend 👌
