Delivery
When it leaves us
Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days. Subscription boxes go out on your renewal date, so they reach you before you run out.
How it arrives
UK orders travel by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Everything ships in plastic-free, home-compostable packaging that fits through a standard letterbox, so you do not need to be in.

How long it takes outside the UK
Europe usually takes 5 to 10 working days. The rest of the world usually takes 7 to 14.
Duties and taxes outside the UK
Any import duty or tax is calculated at checkout and collected with your order, so it depends on where you are. Paying it up front means your parcel is not held at the border and there is nothing to settle when it lands.
Tracking your order
You will get a dispatch email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way. Royal Mail aims for two working days. If it has not arrived within seven working days of that email, reply to it or email hi@vegums.com and we will sort it.
Subscriptions
Skip a box, reschedule your next delivery or cancel any time from your account. No phone calls, no notice period, no hoops. Changes made before your renewal date apply to that box.
If something is not right
Our 30-day guarantee
Try them properly. If Vegums are not for you, tell us within 30 days of your order arriving and we will refund you, even if the pack is open.
You do not need to send anything back. Supplements cannot be resold once they have left us, so posting them back would cost you a trip and gain nobody anything. Keep them, pass them to a friend, or compost the packaging.
The guarantee covers up to £60. That is more than any single Vegums product, and it covers the Starter Kit and the Pregnancy Bundle in full. If your order was larger than that, tell us anyway and we will do what we can.
One guarantee refund per customer, on your first order of a product. After 30 days your statutory rights still apply, as below.
A renewal you did not want
If a subscription renewal has already been charged and you were not ready for it, email hi@vegums.com. We will refund it whether or not it has shipped, and you do not need to send anything back. This is separate from the guarantee above and does not use up your one guarantee refund.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
Email hi@vegums.com with your order number and a photo and we will replace it or refund it. Nothing needs to come back, and you will never be asked to pay postage for our mistake.
Your legal rights
Separately from our guarantee, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel an online order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and a further 14 days to return the goods.
That right does not cover supplements once the pack has been opened, because they are sealed goods that cannot be returned for health protection reasons. If you use this route with unopened packs rather than our guarantee, return postage is yours to cover. In almost every case our 30-day guarantee is the better option and needs no return at all.
Nothing here affects your statutory rights if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
How to start a refund
Email hi@vegums.com with your order number and what went wrong. We reply within 3 working days, and usually a lot sooner.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within five working days.
