Job alert! We’ve got a really exciting opportunity for you to play a pivotal part in the growth of a rapidly-expanding start-up: Vegums! We launched our original vegan multivitamin gummy in November 2018, and due to high demand and upcoming product development we’re looking to recruit.
Our ideal new member would be enthusiastic about our plant-based and eco-friendly ethos, and comfortable with speaking to customers and documenting the Vegums journey for social media and other online purposes. We’re looking for someone with a creative flair who’s competent at managing both individual and team projects, and who’s got bright ideas for marketing campaigns that suit our target market to a T.
A high level of personal organisation and performance under pressure is essential, and customer service will be key when processing orders and running social media platforms. Marketing, design and commercial experience are of course desired, but we’re all on a learning curve so don’t be afraid to put yourself out there!
We want to be as active as possible in the vegan community, so we need someone who can represent the Vegums brand and ethos at regular fairs and other events as well as online. This means that you must be able to work weekends around the U.K. when required, but don’t panic – it’s super fun and you’ll get the hours back! This means that a valid UK driving license is essential.
Vegums is a small but close-knit company meaning that everyone mucks in with everything if needed, so whilst you’ll be focusing on both B2C and B2B marketing and social media, there will be some administration and analysis required too.
We are based in St Helens, so if you live locally that’s ideal but it’s an easy commute from Liverpool or Manchester! The role is likely to start as soon as possible after interviews have taken place, but we’re willing to wait for the perfect person.
